This Custom Crafted East Quoddy Lighthouse is manufactured by the leading manufacture of custom crafted lighthouses. East Quoddy Lighthouse, Passamaquoddy Bay, New Brunswick
Established in 1829, East Quoddy Lighthouse is one of the oldest wooden lighthouses in Canada. It is located on a
rocky outcropping at the northern tip of Campobello Island. During the 1820’s, when trade flourished, the famous
Fundy fogs, high tides, and treacherous rocks around Campobello Island bit into the profits and hearts of seafaring
traders. East Quoddy Lighthouse was built to warn sailors approaching the craggy rocks and shoals around the
island. East Quoddy is a very difficult and dangerous lighthouse to reach because of the slippery rocks. However,
it is located in one of the most scenic and beautiful areas of any lighthouse.
